My name is Sharon Hodges. I was afraid that I was falling apart when I came to Chiro One. I had been in a lot of back pain for 25 years or better and was told by my MD years ago that I had damaged by back and would need future surgery. I was a postal worker and hurt my back from years of carrying too much weight but didn’t want to get surgery.

At its worst, I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t always get out of bed in the morning without assistance. I’d literally have to roll on my side to get out of bed or get help. I had tried physical therapy in the past and although I think it helped a little, it didn’t make a big difference.
